The oil life wasn't reset. Normally a sticker is put on the windshield indicating the next service date/milage, that wasn't provided. I also used to receive a checklist of what was looked at during the multipoint inspection, this wasn't given either.

The difficult situation that presented itself in the course of servicing my Audi was handled very courteously and efficiently. My appreciation to the service people and the agency for dealing with the problem fairly. Will continue doing business with you.

I think Matthew did his job well. He got me a ride back to work while my car was being serviced and picked me up and brought me back when work was done. But, I asked to check tire monitor system as one tire was not displaying pressure. When I picked car up I later noticed that none of my sensors work now(?)

We were unexpectedly stranded in the area and we called to coordinate towing our vehicle in and Matthew went above and beyond in helping us secure another vehicle while repairing ours as quick as possible.
