I have been a customer since 2017. I g he Ave NEVER had such poor service ANYWHERE. If someone named Kyle even exists , he had never responded to me in any way. After many attempts at trying to even get an answer from a woman on the phone, and she told me Kyle would call me back, someone named Doug did call me. The details are too awful to relate and if anybody actually reads this(which I doubt) they would be shocking. After dropping off my car Tuesday afternoon, I was finally able to pick it up around noon today (Friday ) After I left “Kyle” texted me to say that my car was ready. I assume there really is a Doug there, though I did not see him, but he did communicate with me by phone, for which I am grateful. The whole experience was miserable!

The representative that checked my car in when I dropped it off did not present a friendly and welcoming demeanor. He questioned the reason I was bringing the car in as if I didn’t know what I was talking about. I had to leave him with, “Just have someone look it over and have them call me with their assessment”. Maybe he was having a bad morning but I will wait for a different representative next time I need to bring my car in.
