I was so pleased with your service team’s attention to detail and how impressed I was with them finding an issue with the car that I became aware of after my appointment was booked while I was driving to drop off the car and put the keys in the night drop box—meaning I had not yet communicated my concern when the service was done at 7 am the next day. I was thrilled when I called at 8 am and the service team already had discovered the new concern. My glovebox was tore apart ( my organizer) was on the floorboard. A very heavy flashlight was left on my dashboard and I didn’t realize it till I too a corner and it went flying and hit right below my window on the door.
Common courtesy you put things back the way you started. It took me 5 to 10 seconds to put my organizer back in. The part that pissed me off because it wasn’t put back the way it was. I had to take everything out and put it in. And don’t leave my things on my dashboard.
