Just took quite a bit longer than it should have. But no big deal, I grew up in a shop and **** happens. Still a better experience than either Gresham Toyota or Toyota of Portland. Michaela was great, informative, and sincere, waiting area is easy to work from, cold brew is a bonus, setting an appointment online is easy. I live an hour and forty minutes away and plan on coming back.
