Not providing shuttle service to and fro made me wait there for almost 2 hours. If not shuttle other service centers are providing Uber or Lyft or similar.
Jason was very good but it is management that is responsible for taking away the conveniences.

I had made an appt to check my car thru the website and when I arrived they weren’t able to find any appt in my name. I had confirmation text that I showed to them to prove I indeed had one. Your check in system was terrible. I made an appointment and arrived on time. I waited to ba attended but noticed your associates helping other cars that came after me. I finally spoke up after witnessing at least 4 cars was being taken in. What's the point of making an appointment when your people are not paying attention to it.
