The texts and videos of my service is nice but phone calls explaining everything are best I am sever sure if I am understood via text without immediate feedback an actual discussion by voice is best

I am from out of state and had car issues during our stay in Peoria. I called and spoke with Josh. He was able to schedule me for service the morning I called. The technicians had the necessary parts and my car was done very timely. Josh provided excellent customer service and was very friendly. I was very unhappy with the service I received from Norh, he made me feel like I was not human.. He wasn’t nice very force forward didn’t won’t to give me a loaner vehicle, didn’t really want to have my vehicle checked out per himself ther was nothing wrong with my vehicle they all drive like this than I asked to make note of my issue than he decided to have it looked at and of course they found something in the fuel hose they replaced. He call me to pick up the vehicle and stated again there was nothing wrong they did something to satisfy me and for me to wait for 10-15 minutes before he could give me my keys because he was working with another customer. So I waited for awhile than I asked if he could go ahead and close me out than another person closed me out with him stating give her her keys so she can go!! Offer Service :(
