Brandon was interesting. He smelled awful, like old dirty clothing and told me multiple times the service guys couldn’t appreciate or reproduce what I was describing. Service ended up shaving rotors and replacing brake pads and noted that rotors were warped. I was surprised at his candor and he essentially made me feel stupid. He also tried to talk me out of a car wash “well it’s kinda rainy.”
I expect cleanliness and professionalism at BMW and have never had an experience like this in the past at Arrowhead.

The cap on my coolant was left off, the coolant went all over my garage. I let the Tech manager know and they arranged to have my car picked up and checked. The said they were going to clean the inside of it, and check everything. I wouldn’t say they cleaned it at all. It was a headache to say the least
