I was completely satisfied with Taylor. He was professional, polite, and aiming to please. My only dissatisfaction was the fact the technician didn’t save my brake pads as requested. Taylor was kind enough to fill my tank for free as a show of good faith. I wanted I spent brake pads though so that I could examine them. This was not Taylor‘s fault.
