Alan was fine but the issue with my car was not resolved. It is a known issue that for some reason the radio/xm radio presets are dropped. I’ve had my car for 3 years and the presets were fine but recently they were all gone. I reset them and while the car was running it was fine but once I turned the car off all presets were lost. Someone has to know how to fix the issue. If you google how to fix it there are others with the same problem. This isn’t Alan’s problem but he didn’t fix it. It’s just frustrating.
