Todd was great, but whoever the mechanic was that serviced, my vehicle was incompetent. While removing the lug nuts to rotate the tires, he scratched the paint on all four wheels. The rear tires were over inflated. The driver side door had grease marks, and dirt all over it. Luckily, there were no scratches on the driver side door. Recently, my daughter had her car serviced, and they put the wrong size tire on. Not the one she ordered. They also overinflated all four of her tires. That seems to be a trend for last year. I’ll definitely be buying another Honda, but it might not be at Ron Bouchard’s dealership if things don’t improve.
