Katie was so friendly and helpful she is just the person you’d like to speak to for help as she listens and responds in a way that makes you feel taken care of. There are so few people in the world like that, i truly appreciate her!

When I got my car back after the repair, there were greasy stains on the seat, arm rest, and middle arm rest…grit on the steering wheel. I had to clean things off to be able to sit in my car. I had a tight timeframe to get to my next appointment or I would have come back to ask the service dept. to clean up what was dirtied. Disappointed…I spent over $700 and while I got new brakes, I received a dirtier car. ????
Katie was helpful and I appreciated her support in facilitating my service being done in the timeframe I requested.

Brought in my 2006 Honda Accord that had a bad leak coming from a power steering line, come to find out the car had an old recall that was never completed from the previous owners. They took in the car checked everything out, just my luck the leak wasn’t coming from the recalled power steering line but another power steering line. They replaced both power steering lines and everything appears to be ok now.
