Dillon was efficient with the paperwork of taking in my vehicle to be detailed as well as the loaner car paperwork.
When I came to pick up my vehicle he offered to help me with my shopping bags as I recently had rotator cuff surgery. Great customer service.

Took over 20 mins for someone to answer the phone when I called to check on my vehicle. Vehicle was not ready when promised and I was never called and updated about the status. Vehicle was returned the next day due to repairs that were made other occurred. Gas fuel hose was not put back on the tank and engine lights came on. Lost approximately 2 gallons of fuel on the ground. Lost time at work on bring the vehicle back. Not happy with this service for me vehicle.

Nest time when a customer offers (even though he shouldn’t have to) pay for a portion of the cost of re-doing a mediocrely done detail job, just take the offer and do it right for Christ sake. Car smells worse than when I dropped it off and someone had fun changing the settings of my stereo. Strike three, see ya!!
