Dan, Is an asset to this company. He is always proffessional and knowledgeable. As for the dealership part I lost all respect! My BRAND NEW LEASE WAS ONLY GETTING 10 M.P.G. AND NO ON AS ALWAYS APPEARS TO CARE. FINALY WENT UP TO 14 NOW 22M.P.G.. SPOKE WITH MANY OTHER DEALERSHIPS AND THEY SAID THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. HOWEVER, AGAIN THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS 100% PROFESSIONAL. MAYBE THE OWNERS AND HIS PARTNER SHOULD TAKE LESSONS ON APPRECIATING THEIR CUSTOMERS. THEY FORGET WE MAKE THE MORTGAGE PAYMENTS FOR THEM AND THEIR FAMILY. WITHOUT US AND THE HARD WORKING EMPLOYEES THEY WOULD NOT EXSIST! THE ORIGINAL OWNER WAS SO KIND AND GREAT WITH CUSTOMERS AND BUILT THE BUSINESS ON LISENING NOT IGNORING WHEN A CUSTOMERS CAR HAS AN ISSUE. IT IS NOT THE CUSTOMERS ISSUE! IT IS THE DEALERSHIP AND OWNERS. THANK YOU SERVICE DEPARTMENT.

I'm very upset that I had a transmission failure at 117,00 miles. Before this car, I had an old Chevy that never had transmission or engine trouble. Drove it until the frame rotted out at almost 300,000 miles. I'm not happy with the Nissan company. Dan, however, was pleasant, knowledgeable and sympathetic. And every time I called, which was a lot, he answered by the second ring. He is a very valuable employee and you should give him a raise or a really nice gift. Hard to find people like him....

The service is not completed on my vehicle due to waiting for manufacturer backorder. It is very much appreciated that the service team has been trying their hardest to get the part. But Daniel definitely gets an A+ for getting me my vehicle when I asked. My Journey is definitely coming back to the Nissan dealership for all service and repairs.
