I sent my wife for an oil change. They charged her $139 for an oil change on tire rotation. They told her tire rotation was $20, then they charged her $29.99 due to supposed ya es which makes no sense. Then when she brought it to their attention, she said the l”lady” who quoted her $20 went to lunch and that she would have to pay and then she’d have to wait for a callback from the service team. Makes zero sense.
