Hello, It is the first time that I go to a Dealer in USA because I’m from other country and I feel a little bit cheated. I told to the service man that maybe the car need to rotate the tires and he told me that he will check it. When he called me to told me the total amount, I rejected about the brakes because it was so expensive and I told him that I have a coupon for the tire rotation and he told me that I need to show it when I went back to pay. When I went back, and I asked him about the coupon that is in the web site, he told me that he had applied a discount. I checked the invoice and I don’t see any discount, on the other hand he didn’t tell me that if I pay in cash the amount is different. So I’m very upset.
