Chase was supposed to save my old mirror that was replaced, but evidently didn't inform the service tech and it was thrown into the trash, evidently. He is suppose to get me one from another vehicle, that is getting a mirror replaced. We shall see if that happens, then he will get a good rating. Hopefully this review gets a response and a result.
