Unfortunately I awaited over 2 hours only to be told they could not plug and patch my tire that kept losing air And then waited over another 2 hours to put on a new tire that was in stock and the whole time should have only been as I was told about 1 to 2 hours So I waited and waited and waited The shop personnel should have contacted Patel right away not pulled out car to lot with bad tire and then waited for new tire to be put on
