I like all the employees-Diego, Mike and others. Considerate, well explained information. Our issue is when there is a problem (the AC actuator, and last week, the battery) the dealership service cannot go outside very limited parameters to solve the issues. The AC actuator was not fixed, and has happened again, but Ferrari will not authorize just replacement-meaning if the problem is not currently acting up, there is no other way to solve the issue. For the battery-the service department did not have a warranty battery in stock, especially since the battery was fine when I brought the car in for service maintenance. It also makes it difficult for the employees because they are in a position of not being able to solve the problem timely and easily for them. Again, the employees were patient and considerate with my frustration, and are professional and knowledgeable. Any questions, you are welcome to call me.
Btw, I Love My car. It is a joy to drive and a work of art in its lines and color.
