Got the car in and out very quickly.

I researched pricing for parts and labor, and feel the price could have been better. $200 overall discount when I can get the alignment for half the price $50 at Tires by Mark. Along with 30% less Labor going to another shop for other work provided. The battery installed was $269 at Thousand Oaks Toyota Service. Also got charged $49 to clean battery cables and I actually ended up buying a new battery from you guys. That should have been included considering I bought a new battery. I feel I got nickel and dimed in all the extra costs. I will shop and do the major services elsewhere all things considered. I could have saved over $500 if I had taken the day off and shopped better. I ended up taking the day off anyway because it took so long. David could have priced me better. Looking him in the eye when asking him to take off the $49 for the cable cleaning I could tell he wasn’t being truthful when he said “that’s the best I can do”He didn’t close the deal on making me feel confident he was giving me the best price. These days with the economy and all. The little extra mile probably cost Toyota service a customer. This kind of work can be done for a lot less yet I chose to come to you. The difference of the $49 for the cable cleaning when I bought a battery is what makes me reluctant to come there for major services in the future.

I was told it would tsje 1&1.5 hours to servuce my car and it took 2 hours .Nevertheless Jafy was very friendly and explained what the service consisted of and all is very satisfactory

Whoever took my appointment on the after hours call line did not make the appointment so when I showed up there was no appointment for me. I even confirmed it several times with her during the call. Thankfully, they fit me in.
