I’m completely satisfies with Mustafa’s customer service. However, I’m not satisfied with the way Toyota charged me. My car has a problem of coolant bypass valve, which is a very common issue for Rav4. If this is an issue that happens in most of the Rav4, it means that it comes from manufature. This should not be the customer’s responsibility to pay over $700 to get it fixed. Toyota should really reconsider this issue as it has happened to so many Rav4 cars already.

I paid over $1400 for service
I had to come back because a technician didn’t put my glove box back together right and it wouldn’t stay closed. That is the 2nd time it has happened. $200 to change two bulbs. I had to come back because lughts were off. They put a new bulb in and we”ll see. When paying a premium for service that service should be much better than this.
