Quincy did a great job overall, and while I was satisfied in the end, the process was a little difficult:
--We received absolutely no estimate of when the repair would be completed. We were just told that we couldn't drive the car and that they didn't know what was wrong.
--Quincy did provide updates, but it was essentially "the car still isn't done."
--When we finally received the call that it was completed, we were asked to come pick it up that day or be charged a daily rate for the loaner.
--Ultimately, I had to request an exception since we were out of town by that time (again, we had no idea when our car repair would be completed). Seems like good customer service would have recognized this so I wouldn't have had to be in the uncomfortable position of making a demand.
I don't fault Quincy for these issues, and he was always super friendly and understanding when we spoke. In fact, he even stayed late on our pick-up day so he could make sure we were greeted upon our return to the dealer. For that, I applaud his efforts.

The price I was charged to empty/fill my a/c system. The diagnostic in something like should only be about 1hr tops according to SEVERAL mechanics I’ve spoken to now. The charge itself should’ve only been about $80. I know because I’ve purchased it myself many times over the years. But some how I was charge $300 by you guys. Plus the $160 alignment that anywhere else would’ve been about $100-$120. Price gouging at its finest.
