Everyone was very polite and kind , but my car was kept for roughly five hours to tell me an issue that could’ve been figured out in 30 mins. And no options were given in terms of possible remedies except that “your dash cam is interrupting the power supply”- when I specifically got the install to avoid that conflict from the dash cam. I would imagine it would take more than two fuses in non-crucial places to send the entire infotainment center into a frenzy.

They told me the tire needed to be replaced but when I took the car to a tire specialist they said the tire was just fine.
The trunk has not been closing properly for months. I showed this to the service person. Then they called and said it was working. When I picked the car up, it was still not working. They said the car did not do the problem in front of them and the only option was to leave the car with them for an undetermined amount of time. They couldn’t give me an estimate of how long so I took my car back home - I was told “this isn’t like baking a cake”. The trunk has had a consistent problem for months including in front of them multiple times so the claim that it didn’t show the problem in front of them is a straight out lie.
