Noel was great. I had an appointment with Glen but he did not go to work this day. Noel took me in and explained the necessary repairs that my truck needed and once I agreed to the repairs and the cost including the coupon discounts, they started to work. 3 hours later, my truck was ready and it felt very nice driving off the lot with the piece of mind that my truck is running perfect serviced by Toyota certified mechanics and Toyota genuine parts.
