The communication between Gianna and I could have been better. There was no update given to me that the parts were received and work was started, after multiple texts stating there was no eta for the parts and an update would be given when they knew. On Monday 2/28/22 I was called multiple times, even left a voicemail telling me that the rental would not be paid for after that day and I had to pick my car up today. I also received at text with the same information. I had previously spoken to Gianna the morning of 2/28 around 8:45 am after a voicemail was left. I told her I would be there to pick the car up after I got off work. I was still called twice, left a voicemail, and texted after I spoke to her. I was told that I was called on Friday however no one left me a voice message, sent a text, or attempted to call my alternate number. This all felt very rushed and was inconvenient as well as inconsiderate. Had better communication been used I could have made arrangements to pick up my car when I received the call. Also where was this active communication when there was the opportunity to give me an update when the car was being repaired? When I spoke to the manager on 3/01 she was dismissive and did not attempt to understand the principle behind my complaint and continued to talk about policies and deadlines of Kia. I would not recommend anyone use this dealership.

I was told my warranty repair would take 2 hours but it took two days. My calls were not returned. This is my third terrible service experience in a row. Mark, the service writer, was pleasant but didn’t know much about Volvo’s and was overwhelmed.I probably will not purchase another Volvo because service is unreliable.

Two hours 40 minutes WITH an appointment for the 3G upgrade, didn't look at the issue with the driver's side exterior door light failure. He did try to explain why but I choose to spend extra and both TWO not one Certified Audis from your dealership. I won't make that mistake again.
