Natashia is hands down the best service advisor I have worked with at a dealership. I oversee a portfolio of home based service companies and I live in the “service and customer experience” world. Natashia texted me throughout the day to keep me updated. She walked through the work done line by line and explained the work done. This service experience was different than others, which leads me to believe it is the Natashia factor, not standard process or training. I would train all service advisors to follow up and have service levels like her. Also, the tech that serviced my truck was there to explain, he also deserves recognition for his work. One bit of feedback would be to run one of those magnets on wheels over your parking lot daily. I got a screw in my tire in your parking lot and it was too late to have a tech fix it because they all had left so I had to plug my tire when I got home.

GCF has always gone above and beyond for us since we bought our expedition! We live in Hendersonville NC and will continue to take our expedition down the mountain 45 min away just to be serviced at GFC because of the outstanding customer service!
