Great service from Jason in updating me throughout the process just upset with the lack of communication within the dealership and the insurance. The length of the wait could’ve also been shortened by 3 weeks if the dealership had been clear with me as well as the bad communication from the insurance. None the less Jason’s help has been excellent in what he could do.

Not satisfied at all! The worst customer service I received in my life, service manager, Jim, declined to service and fix the issue that foreman was able to notice. He basically said he doesn’t have time to work on my issue and repeatedly declined to work because he had other customers that he would like to work for. Never coming back at Audi Richfield again and bringing this up with Audi’s management team.

No Loaner, no shuttle for hours, biggest frustration was clear communication around this and expected deliverables. I was told it was a 90 min service and car was dropped off at 9am and wasn’t delivered until 5pm. Very different quality of service compared to Audi Minneapolis.
