Ben was a rock star. I walked in at 7:45 AM with my 2011 Rogue, no Apt, 5 hours into a 13 hr trip - Air Conditioning dead during monster heatwave. He politely told me that you couldn't take walk-ins, but still asked me to tell him more. He listened and said "hang on," and went to talk to the Team, fit me in for AC test, diagnosed the issue, offered service (after locating part) and got me back on the road - to A family reunion in Southern Georgia! Saved our weekend too. Wish I was closer to you (I'm near Philadelphia PA), my 2007 Pathfinder could use your 10 Star service too!
