There was some miscommunication about as is warranty when purchasing the car. So I asked for service to speak with our salesperson or a manager about at least checking the freon for the ac,that was not done. When my wife dropped the car off she was not greeted with hello or welcome new customer( our first visit to service ever) and was quoted prices write off the bat saying that because we bought it used we have to pay. I havent even gotten the paperwork from the bank to make the first payment yet. Not a good experience.
