Kaeley did a fine job.
Our dissatisfaction was the next morning after the service, which we had a tire rotation, all 4 tires were low on air and triggered the low air sensor. My wife had to travel to DC and she was unable to put air in the tire because the 2 pumps by our house were broken. So, we had to scramble to get her a car to get to DC. We did not have time to come by the dealer. We were frustrated because we just had service and the next morning we get a warning light.

I was satisfied with the service provided. However I don’t understand that I had a 2 o’clock appt and they didn’t pull my truck in for oil change until 2:45. Once in, it was done in about 30 minutes but the total wait time was a little excessive.

I cannot tell you about the enjoyable experience I had today with your company. I had a death in my family, and Priority quickly changed the date and time for my oil change, which was much needed. I have to drive to Indianapolis tonight, and I had to have that oil change to get to the funeral. Everything was done speedy, and they informed me of things I need to do when I get back. So once again, thank you for your car care and customer service.
