The service was done as requested, and I was given options for additional things that could have been fixed which I agreed to 1 of the 3. The service used to be provided with a complimentary wash and vacuum but in the last 2 service visits it was not.

From appointment through pick up , a stellar experience . Ben gave me a quote several months ago , and it was consistent with what service I received . All the service folks are superb . It has taken almost 4 months and over 13 days with my vehicle to replace a stock stereo. I recieved no calls, no updates, and no assistance during any of the times I have dropped off my vehicle. This is the same unacceptable treatment I received when I needed my ac fixed. This is how I have been treated since purchasing my vehicle. Oh well lesson learned.

A little rust on rotors should not fail a 2016 Nissan on the Virginia vehicle inspection. I had no choice but to pay over $1000. I will be more careful on what I bring to Priority Nissan in the future.
