I was treated as the most important person in the shop upon arrival. Bethany was friendly, professional, and personable. She took care of everything I asked and made recommendations for future care to maintain my truck in tip top condition. When I inquired about a local restaurant she graciously offered to have me shuttled to a local favorite. Jack, the shuttle driver, was knowledgeable of the area and intelligent. I thoroughly enjoyed the stimulating conversation with him. The service to my truck was completed early. Bethany called and delayed the pickup as I requested. The result was a thirty second wait after paying for my meal and walking outside. Your people are a true blessing to your business.

I was satisfied with the services I received from Priority today.
I was concerned about having to return for a second service just minutes after picking up my car after my scheduled service due to the tire pressure warning coming on. However, Priority Nissan Williamsburg staff and maintenance team worked with me as quickly as the service could allow to get my car double checked and back to me. Thank you for the great service and I intend to return again for future services.

Thank you. To start,your representative was great. She was very friendly and thorough. The service was timely. Cons- The register did not have cash to give change for my service. My wife had her card luckily because I left mine home due to carrying ample cash for the day. The technician left perfect grease stains on my light grey visor, placing the sticker in windshield. My visors were down so had to be moved to place sticker. The rep recommends 500 plus dollars worth of service on my vehicle which i plan to do but she was not sure if you carried Honda specific coolant for my priority accord. My beautiful wife recieved a complimentary car wash when she brought it in last time. I received grease stain.????

I called about 4 times yesterday to try and schedule appointment and never was connected with Service, and couldn’t leave a message. This morning when I called I kept getting transferred back to receptionist before finally getting someone in service on the 3rd attempt. No one called me to tell me when my car was done, I had my husband drop me off and the car happened to be ready, but no one had bothered to call to let me know.
