As far as I know service was completed as documented. Priority needs to give staff masks to wear. No one in lobby had mask on and only one service rep had a mask on when she was not on the phone. New service rep provided a discount for me which I appreciate. I purchased vehicle and have service done at Wburg Priority so I would hope discounts would be made available.
