The service was otherwise great, but my part which was supposed to arrive early in the morning did not come until late afternoon. That pushed me back another day. Nobody offered to stay late and finish it up so I can get my car that evening. I definitely understand, but since I had the car for an extra night, I was not completely satisfied.

It feels like the service techs do not inspect the vehicles very well. The 1st time I went they said there was nothing wrong with my tires even though the TMPS warning kept coming on and the 2nd time I went for the same thing there was a nail. About a month or 2 later my TMPS light is coming on again and they said they didn't see anything and reset it and now it's back on so I will going somewhere else. Please do not call me.
