I don’t think you should be able to get an appointment for AC service on Saturday, and get a confirmation email and then when you show up be told that they only do oil changes and no one was there to do that kind of service. So then leave the car on Saturday get the car back on Tuesday and spend $150 to be told the AC doesn’t work. Was told I was going to get a call when the car was ready which I did not. I called to check on the car status and they said I should’ve received a call which I didn’t. When I showed up at the dealership to pick up my car they were not ready for me. I only sent this message because I received a text message yesterday saying if I had any questions. My question would be is it normal to be able to click on the service for Saturday and then it take till Tuesday for me to call to find out that it’s ready?

Mr Hicks left his job to someone else to do . I do not see where he earned his commission when he left the majority of the work to be done by Mr. Gray. Saturday when I told him I wanted the car he should have immediately made sure it’s was to be detailed first thing Monday morning. It took two hours forty five minutes to get the car. Sir in the last two years I have sold one house and bought two and all three closings did not take that amount of time if I totaled them all. Also I did not get one copy of all those documents I signed that were for your protection I want copies of all of them. I also want another key for the car and a flat key for wallet. Bdlaudun

Mechanic forgot to refill the coolant after servicing my car and the vehicle left me stranded in Memphis on our vacation. I had to find a tow truck, have my car hauled to a competent service center and lost a day of vacation, not to mention I had to leave my boys stranded in a hotel lobby for most of the day while I sat at the service center waiting on my car. I will not be bringing my car to community Honda again.
