I am Not happy with her at all. She did not keep me informed. Absolutely ni communication from her. The part was backordered. She never let me know. No one let me know it was in. I had to call multiple times to get any info. She also did not tell me there was a cost associated with the warranty work. She was not friendly. BAD customer service.

Community Toyota has one of the worst service waiting areas I’ve ever seen!! Popcorn machines, but no popcorn. No snacks are given and the coffee are looks depressing. No where to charge your phone while sitting at the tables or chairs. If this place wasn’t so close to my house, I would never buy from there again. As for the car service, I have no complaints other than them moving my seat. And the car wash is horrible! They give it back to you like a wet dog! I would rather not have it done at all.

I drove my car home and parked it. Come Sunday when I got in it to drive to church and it will not start. The dash shows the hazard symbol and service engine light. So now it looks as though it will have to be towed in for service.
