Everyone in the service department was knowledgeable and courteous. Service completed in a timely manner. Quick but thorough. My only concern is the rising cost of services provided now and in the future. More coupons made available to long standing customers and seniors. Thank you.

Your service advisor was outstanding, very polite very nice and helpful. The two men that changed the oil. Need to have the right up or time off without pay. I bought my car brand new from you people. You always change my oil. My car is now 3 years old with 64,000 miles. Out of those three years. They always told me that my air filters were good. Thank God I bought two new ones. I told the service advisor about it. She told them to go back out and relook at the filters I don't think they ever even touched them. They were filthy. I don't believe your guys do their job correctly. Actually it kind of reminds me of Walmart guys that change all not a very good job.

I wasn’t impressed with the customer service. The service manager was not accommodating and was dismissive. I have bought two vehicles from this location and every time I take it to get serviced, the service department is always a disappointment. From now on, I’ll be taking my car else where.
