Your service advisor was outstanding, very polite very nice and helpful. The two men that changed the oil. Need to have the right up or time off without pay. I bought my car brand new from you people. You always change my oil. My car is now 3 years old with 64,000 miles. Out of those three years. They always told me that my air filters were good. Thank God I bought two new ones. I told the service advisor about it. She told them to go back out and relook at the filters I don't think they ever even touched them. They were filthy. I don't believe your guys do their job correctly. Actually it kind of reminds me of Walmart guys that change all not a very good job.

I wasn’t impressed with the customer service. The service manager was not accommodating and was dismissive. I have bought two vehicles from this location and every time I take it to get serviced, the service department is always a disappointment. From now on, I’ll be taking my car else where.
