The system in place for the insurance is not well maintained and doesn’t seem to be too knowledgeable to the people in the service center and the insurance people weren’t either you guys need some training on the insurance questions and answers that you provide I had to talk to 3 separate people to get answers and than go back and do what I had previously done and still have to wait to get the services I need very unorganized
