Don’t understand the purpose of an appointment, my son got his car there around 12:45 appointment was at 1:00. He was supposed to pick someone up at 2:00. He didn’t get his car back until 2:40. And that was after I called and talked to Jonathan. It took almost 2 hours to get an oil change, that’s ridiculous!

Every time I get my oil change, I thought that it came with fluid check and air pressure checks. I was wrong or someone is not doing their job because I have to get my husband to put air in my tires and windshield fluid in the reservoir. They told me that this was a service that came with the maintenance package that I purchased when I bought my car there. Guess I was wrong
