Having brought my vehicle in for an expensive repair, upon coming back to pick it up, there was a large dent in the drivers side door. It was found to have been the service technician who repaired my vehicle who was responsible for the damage, apparently being careless with the lift.
Brenten and his management went the extra mile to ensure the additional repairs were taken care of. However this should not have happened in the first place.
The repair technician should have taken responsibility for the damage when it happened, it should not have been left for discovery after I picked it up the first time.
