Its not Roman's fault but thr actual d Recall. I had a recall appointment and they failed to send the correct part. Now I have ro reschedule and waste more gas. The other thing is thr battery needed replwce I was quoted 149 but then ended up laying 220.. when quoting thr price you should state that is thr cost of battery not I clud9ng thr core t And labor which if I woukd.uave known they xhsted that outrageous amount for a battery my husband could have done it for free.

C.Demay stated that I would be receiving a reimbursement for the 7 weeks of rental car expenses. After providing the invoices to his email account & requesting an update on the status of the reimbursement, it has been “nothing but crickets”. It’s almost like Timbrook Kia is saying, “He’s not our problem anymore.”

I don’t know why they charged me 100 dollars to fix an issue that was wrong with the car when I bought it I’ve had it in 3 times since I bought it and haven’t even made my first payment it was sold to me with broken plugs in engine think dealership should took care of that if going sell vehicles unsafe
