I drove 40 minutes for a 12:40 appointment to have 2 things done - a recall issue and exchanging the leather on the front drivers seat. I arrived on time and was told they were running behind and probably could not do both repairs today. I was told when I booked this that it was a 2 and a half hour job. I waited at Classic Honda. I did not get my car back until 5:20 pm and they did not do the seat. I am disappointed in the lack of service today and respect of my time. If they knew they were running behind they should have called me. Though I assumed having made the appointment my vehicle time slot would have been honored or again a call saving me the drive and my time. And now the job is still not completed and I have to make the trip and my time again.
