Well after sitting there for 3 hours they call me saying my car is ready and there was no parts change and still charge one hundred sixty one dollars I know they have to pay something for the service but I guess I felt that was to high to pay but I guess that’s what it is now a days

Yes… how is it that you can schedule an appointment time for your vehicle at 0900 and it doesn’t get seen until 2 pm. And in spite of that no one called to give any update of my vehicle I had to call twice about it. I felt like this rude and no one cared about my service until I made a phone call. I been with Chevy for years and this was by for the worst experience ever. I should have been compensated for my time for my late vehicle

My experience with JN Chevrolet, Chris Viniegas, and the entire staff at JN Chevrolet was completely OUTSTANDING! As soon as I left my car, within a minute, I received a text from Chris, unbelievable customer service. The facility was very clean, the check-in process was so quick and easy, and Chris Viniegas explained everything clearly to me at check-in and when I came to pickup my car. He even walked me to the cashier! OUTSTANDING! It was my first visit there and I was anxious about that BUT Chris Viniegas and even the cashier wishing me a blessed day made my day and visit to JN Chevrolet very blessed indeed.
