I had hoped to accomplish all of my maintenance needs at this visit. I understand that a maintenance need was identified when my car was being repaired that necessitated that another part be ordered, delaying the repair by a week. That's acceptable. What I don't sense is any urgency or care by the maintenance representative. I sense a take it or leave it approach. I never feel that my business at the dealership is welcomed.

I am very happy with the customer service that I have received from the Porsche of Hawaii Service Team. They have provided me with excellent service and have performed routine maintenance and repairs to the highest of standards for my old and new vehicles. The service support for the vehicle (old and new) is by far the most important aspect to me beyond purchasing experience.
