I was called during work and was not able to answer. Returned the call at 2:56. I was told that Blaine was busy and would call me back. No call was received. Went to Subaru after 4 hoping my car was ready. When I mentioned this to the person checking me out I was told I was called. When I stated that I had called back and was still waiting for the call back it was shrugged off. I then heard that Blaine was not at work. So I am not sure how or why he was supposed to call me back. A confirmed call back would have been appreciated. This is the first time I have not received exemplary service.
