Service was fine and the staff was nice but having to wait 2 1/2 hours for an oil change was a bit crazy. Hoping this was just a busy Saturday and not the way it usually is. It was also my first maintenance appt since buying my car.

While I was there, I asked about some warranty work on a paint defect. He agreed that the paint was messed up. He said I would have to bring it back to the dealer I got the car from to have them work the issue. I bought the original 2018 red Kia stinger gt2 car from you. It was the 1st one you sold I believe. I also bought a Sorrento from you.. The red 2018 was lemon lawed and although I would have preferred to get the replacement from you, I had to go to Orlando to get the 2020 orange gt2 replacement. I would imagine any Kia dealership should be able to handle a paint warranty issue. I am not driving back to Orlando. I will use touch up.or go up to Wesley Chapel (which is closer and has a paint shop) to see if they can work the issue. Service was fine as always but thought it was a little odd-that you couldn’t handle the issue.
