John has been courteous and helpful throughout my service process and I prefer to work with him moving forward. However, the lack of willingness thus far to provide me with a car while I have to wait an indefinite period of time for the part to repair my car has been frustrating and disappointing to say the least.

I went with my mom whom only speaks spanish. Henry Patrick was very welcoming to us. We went because the car had some battery problems but were concerned about any costs given to us since we thought our warranty would cover the costs to repair it. I would suggest making sure the customer understands things that are free and be more relaxed. Overall it was a great experience free of any costs! Bought our 2014 homda civic in Metro Honda in Montclair and plan on going there occasionally!

Everything went great except they filled the tires to full so half way home the check tire pressure light came on and we had to turn around and go all the way back and wait again to get that taken care of but things happen and it really wasn't that big of a deal and everyone was very friendly and accommodating.
