Wonderful as usual. You always hear how dealership will always be expensive for service- I have found the exact opposite with metro Honda. This particular job was actually. 1/3 of the cost of what a local mom and pop was going to charge me and oropbably not for Honda parts. Tommy has always been honest with me about what actually needs to be fixed and what work we can save for later! I appreciate both their excellent work and their honestly.

I made an appointment & it did not matter because too many customers & not adequate time given for each appointment. Next, no cookies in waiting department. Only coffee which I do not drink, should offer other beverages and especially it being around the holidays, there should've been more offered & not out of the vending machine. Customers are already spending enough money. When asked if I wanted windshield wiper blades replaced, not in stock! Check first if in stock before offering to customer. The only good thing was my service man, Gordon Jackson. Nothing against him, he tried to do his best but you need to schedule your appointments and non-appointments more timely. I seriously do not know if I will be back for service or to buy a car as I really feel that you do not appreciate the customer. Sad to say
