My car was waiting to go for service and was ignored for a while, 3 cars passed before mine. I asked about the service for my car & Mr. Boyd answered me taking care of my car immediately.
At the time Mr. Boyd got involved, everything went very smooth and fast.

Estela was really nice, fast, friendly, and very professional specially due to wait times taking so long. Did feel bad for her as she seemed like one of the few working while some other workers were joking around and on their phones. No there were no signs they were at break or lunch. She should get recognition for keeping her cool while she did check in 3 of us customers back to back while still being friendly and professional.
