I took my car in because my A/C wasnt working. A few hours after dropping it off they call me and told me what was wrong with my vehicle and what part I needed to replace and the price. After thinking about it for a few minutes I decide to go ahead with the service which cost around 430 a few hours later they called me and said my car was ready thag they had been running the A/C all day and it was working great. I pick up my car, get in, and turn on the A/C and notice that its still not working. I then proceed to drive around the area hoping it would start to cool down. After about 10 minutes it didnt cool down so I return to the service department and let them know what is going on. They take my car back in and not even 5 minutes later they tell me that what they had fixed wasnt the problem that it was something else and that the part would cost me an additional 500 aside from the 430 I had already paid for nothing. After complaining to John he just pretty much stood there and didnt say anything or offer any resolution. Later on that day my uncle whos name is also on the car title went to speak to them and all they could tell him was 'thats how we work' that is a pretty deceitful way of working if you ask me. I am so upset and hurt that they would take advantage of people and take their money that way for a service and then return the car with the same issue and not even offering an apology or anything to resolve the issue. If this issue is not resolved I will be taking this issue to corporate and anyone else I have to and make my voice heard because what your service department did is not acceptable. I paid for a service which I didnt receive. You just wasted my time and money.
