My dissatisfaction is based on the fact that I had an appointment to drop off my truck on Wednesday, 8/11/21 at 10:00 AM (which I was on time for) and no one ever reached out to me to give a status of the truck or to let me know that they were 2 days behind! I received one email “update” on Wednesday afternoon stating “ Don't worry, we haven't forgotten about you. I'll make sure to keep you informed about your vehicle.” I then received another “update” email on Thursday stating “ Your car is in good hands. I'll let you know when your car is ready!”. I then waited until about 9 AM on Friday to call and check the status of my truck. I was told that Uli was busy and could call me back in “about 20 minutes”. After waiting 4 hours for a call back, I called again, only to find out that they were just getting to the truck and would let me know something about 3 or 4 o’clock that afternoon. I was upset that the truck had been sitting there for over 2 days (when I could have been using it) and no one had bothered to tell me that they wouldn’t get to it for a couple of days. Had I been contacted before my appointment to know it would be a few days before it would be looked at and I could have dropped it off at that point, this would be a completely different situation. I wouldn’t be a disgruntled customer who likely won’t use your service department again because it is 28 miles away when there is another Ford Service Center 3.2 miles away from my home. I tried being loyal to the dealership that I purchased the truck from, but that seems like a waste at this point. You certainly don’t value my time.

I had a inquiry about my tires air pressure. Door says 30 psi cold and your service paperwork says 35 psi. My dash read 28, 33, 33, 33 psi. I brought it up to the lovely cashier and she asked for my keys and got it taken care of. I purchased the protective coating inside and out and asked about a spot being removed, but that's a different department I was told. I was also advised if a leak on my rear differential cover. It's aftermarket and also would require a separate appointment to look at it. I live in Bakersfield. How inconvenient for me. Must be a busy or short handed service department? Guess I'll live with the spot/ stain on my rear seat. Jetshield is it? Not sure if I'll return for my 20K service.

Uli was very friendly. Was surprised and disappointed to see that my car wasn’t fixed appropriately the first time by technician. It all worked out, but definitely became more of a hassle that it needed to be.
