After a number of failed attempts to fix warranty-covered issues in the past, and my personal mechanic being able to fix said issues in one visit, I decided to not return to Metro Acura for any future service. That was about 5 years ago. I begrudgingly went today for a safety recall service. Very impressed by how much Acura Service has improved its approach to customer engagement. Fernando was completely respectful, professional, and personal. I’d gladly agree to an upsell, within reason, if the suggestion came from him. He may have single handedly convinced me to come back to Metro Acura.
Of other note, if customers are required to wear masks, don’t let knucklehead employees get away without doing the same. Didn’t see this with any of the service crew, but a few others from different areas of the dealership weren’t doing their part.
